Workplaces have experienced rapid changes in recent years, driven by digital and green transitions (‘twin transition’) and the COVID-19 pandemic. New ways of working and managing working environments have arisen, and these can affect the physical and mental health of workers in new ways, both positive and negative. Workplaces can be health-promoting environments, but how this can be achieved in practice needs exploration.
MENTBEST will design, deliver and validate proven community-based interventions and innovative technologies to prevent and mitigate the mental health challenges associated with dramatic and rapid change in Europe.
The iFightDepression (iFD) tool is now available in Ukrainian language thanks to an initiative of the European Alliance Against Depression (EAAD).
Implementation of digital interventions for depression worldwide is a project that aims to explore perspectives of health care practitioners from primary care (general practitioners, family doctors and psychologists) toward digital interventions for depression.
