iFightDepression® Digital Self-Management Programme Selected as OECD Best Practice

Leipzig / Frankfurt am Main, 06.11.2025 The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has identified the online programme iFightDepression® as a best practice intervention in the current report on the promotion and prevention of mental health. The guided self-management programme based on cognitive behavioural therapy helps people experiencing depression to better understand their illness and provides practical tools and guidance for everyday life. iFightDepression® is an offer of the European Alliance Against Depression (EAAD) led by Prof. Ulrich Hegerl. Dissemination in Germany is carried out by the German Depression Relief and Suicide Prevention Foundation.

10th October 2025 – World Mental Health Day 2025 highlights the need to support the mental health and psychosocial needs of people affected by humanitarian emergencies. The EU Horizon Europe-funded project PROSPERH demonstrates how workplaces can be health promoting environments during times of crisis as workplaces rapidly evolve.

Mentbox Plenary Meeting and participation in the Community Day event in Koper, Slovenia

Frankfurt, 28.08.2025 To mark its first anniversary, the consortium of the European project “The Modular Mental Health Toolbox” (MentBox) will gather for a two-day meeting on 11–12 September 2025. The meeting will be hosted by the University of Primorska – Andrej Marušič Institute in Koper, Slovenia.
